If you would like to be a youth volunteer next semester, please submit the application form along with the waiver form by June 10, 2017. It is very important that you read the “Youth Volunteer Duties and Notes” before you send out the forms. If you don’t think that you can meet the qualifications, or cannot commit to the hours of service to be a student assistant, then you can choose to help with “Other Activities”. I’ll be happy to help you achieve your goal as a successful volunteer.   

Towards the end of the summer, you will be notified as to which class or activity you will be assigned to. We will have orientation on the first day of school from 12:00pm to 12:30 pm. Please contact me, if you have any questions.  Also, please complete “Youth Volunteer Application Form” and “Waiver Form” below.
